The pro contacts you directly, inspects the work, and provides a written estimate.
What we look for in a pro

How we’re paid
Portico is free for homeowners. Contractors in our network may pay us a fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee never changes the price you’re quoted, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
